Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only if requested within 48 hours of purchase and if no significant usage of premium features has occurred.
• Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during purchase.
• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (usually within 7–10 business days).

Non-Refundable Cases

• Payments made via third-party marketplaces.
• Subscriptions canceled after significant feature use.
• Disciplinary terminations or violations of our Terms of Use.

Renewal & Auto-Billing

All premium plans are automatically renewed unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You can disable auto-renewal from your user dashboard or by contacting our support team.
