Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Anyabot, we offer digital services like premium Discord features and integrations. As these are non-physical products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Digital purchases can be requested for return or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
2. No Refunds After Activation
Once a premium subscription or digital product has been activated or delivered, refunds are not applicable except in rare cases (see below).
3. Duplicate Payments
If you've been charged multiple times for the same service, contact us within 7 days to request a refund for any duplicate transactions.
4. Technical Failures
In the event of a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the service after payment, notify us within 48 hours of the transaction for assistance or refund eligibility.
5. How to Request a Refund or Exchange
To initiate a refund or exchange request, email us at support@anyabot.pro with your order details and reason for the request. We will respond within 2 business days.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days. The time for funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an active subscription at any time. The service will remain accessible until the end of the current billing cycle. Partial refunds are not provided upon cancellation.
