This Refund & Cancellation Policy details the exact operational boundaries governing financial transactions, dispute resolutions, and automated billing cycles.

2. Subscription Cancellations

Users hold complete operational sovereignty over their active subscription models. You can initiate a cancellation loop at any moment directly from your user profile dashboard or by logging a formal request with our helpdesk. Upon executing a cancellation sequence:

  • Your premium infrastructure nodes will remain fully active and functional until the final timestamp of your current billing cycle expires.
  • Once the timeline terminates, the platform will automatically revert your server configurations back to our free deployment plan without data loss variables.

3. Refund Eligibility Windows

Because premium node resource allocation occurs instantaneously, monetary refunds are strictly gated by the following conditional requirements:

  • The 48-Hour Window: Refund request submissions must be fully registered inside our backend within exactly 48 hours of the original transaction timestamp signature.
  • Zero Exploitation Metric: The refund is only valid if no significant telemetry usage of high-capacity premium streaming has occurred across your linked server guilds.
  • Gateway Reversals: Approved refunds are sent straight back to the original source payment gateway architecture. Processing intervals typically range between 7–10 business days depending on banking clearance pipelines.

4. Explicit Non-Refundable Scenarios

Reversals are fully restricted and legally barred under the following infrastructure conditions:

  • Subscriptions purchased through external third-party marketplace frameworks or unauthorized redistribution proxies.
  • Refund requests filed after significant bandwidth usage or high-fidelity queue caching filters have already been run.
  • Accounts or server nodes subjected to enforcement bans due to explicit violations of our core Terms of Use.

5. Automated Billing & Continuous Renewals

To avoid sudden drop-outs in music playback sequences, all premium access tiers operate on an automated cyclic subscription loop. The linked payment provider will execute renewals exactly at the closure of the current period unless a termination signal is configured via the user panel prior to the renewal timestamp.
