1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting, adding, or interacting with Anya ("the Bot"), you explicitly agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable global internet regulations. If you do not accept these parameters, please immediately discontinue use and kick the Bot from your server structures.

2. Prohibited Behavior & Usage Policy

To preserve low-latency audio clusters and ensure system availability for all guilds, users are strictly prohibited from performing the following deployment actions:

  • Exploitation Loops: Intentional multi-account stress testing, automated API spamming, or executing command structures to purposefully crash voice gateway systems.
  • Platform Infringement: Utilizing Anya in violation of official **Discord Terms of Service** or Developer Policies.
  • Malicious Activity: Using bot connectivity channels for data harvesting, unauthorized network sniffing, or hosting illegal communication operations.

3. Service Availability & Modification

Anya provides premium automation services on a "best-effort" availability framework. Due to dynamic maintenance constraints, cloud provider uptimes, and Discord API patches, **we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted streaming stability or feature permanence**. The developer team retains absolute authority to optimize, scale down, or re-engineer node logic blocks at any time without prior notification templates.

4. Absolute Limitation of Liability

Under no legal circumstances shall Anya, its maintainers, or core operational developers be held responsible for server misconfigurations, data anomalies, lost server metrics, or emotional/functional infrastructure damage resulting from the operation, misinterpretation, or unexpected technical failure of the Bot.

5. Continuous Revision Matrix

We routinely re-verify our operational workflows and may rewrite these terms to match evolving cyber laws or technical changes. Your continued invocation of Anya following modifications signifies updated legal compliance acceptance.
