Anya was not built for business or heavy tech analytics. It started from a very simple, personal moment between two friends hanging out on Discord.
The Smash Karts Incident
Before we officially started dating, she and I were just really close friends. One evening, she joined my voice channel to talk and spend some time together. But at that exact moment, I was completely focused on a competitive game of Smash Karts. Since I could not stop my match, I kept playing. She simply told me, "Whenever you are free, just message me. I am going to listen to some music."
About an hour passed. When my game finally finished, I looked for her in our server list. She was sitting alone in a quiet Voice Channel with a public music bot called Muzox.
A Sudden Plan
I immediately jumped into her channel and asked what she was doing. She said, "I am listening here because we can listen to songs together in this VC, and it gives us time for each other."
I asked her if she really liked that bot, and she said yes. Right at that second, something clicked in my mind. If she loved listening to music just to spend time together, I did not want her to rely on random public bots that keep lagging. I decided to sit down, open my code editor, and build a dedicated music bot just for her.
