Anya Bot Troubleshooting: Fixing Voice and Playback Issues

While Anya is designed to run 24/7 without issues, local network hiccups, Discord API drops, or server permission conflicts can occasionally disrupt your music. Here is a handy self-help guide to resolve common playback problems.

Anya is in Voice Channel but Silent

If Anya appears connected to your channel but you can't hear any sound:

1. **Check User Volume:** Right-click Anya's avatar inside the voice channel and verify that her User Volume slider is set properly (not muted).

2. **Server Mute:** Check if Anya has been server-deafened or server-muted by an administrator.

3. **Voice Region Stutters:** Change your Discord channel's voice region in Channel Settings. This forces Discord to recreate the voice socket, fixing routing errors.

Anya Refuses to Join Voice Channel

If Anya doesn't join when you run `/play`:

1. **Verification:** Make sure you are actually inside a voice channel. Anya will not join if no users are in the channel.

2. **Permissions:** Verify that Anya's Discord role has the **Connect** and **Speak** permissions enabled in that specific voice channel.
