Anya Web Dashboard Setup: Customizing Server Music & DJ Roles

July 14, 2026 5 min read

One of Anya Bot's standout features is its intuitive, real-time Web Dashboard. Instead of typing complex, hard-to-remember setup commands inside text channels, administrators can control every aspect of the bot from a modern web page. This guide will walk you through setting up and optimizing Anya's settings for your Discord server.

Accessing the Dashboard

To access your server configuration, navigate to anyabot.pro/dashboard and click the Discord Login button. You will be redirected to Discord's secure OAuth2 page to authorize permission to view your servers. Rest assured, Anya only reads public server lists to verify where you have "Manage Server" permissions.

Once authorized, you will see a list of servers where you can configure Anya. Click on your server card to load the active management panel.

Configuring DJ Roles and Skip Permissions

In public servers, managing who can control the music is vital. Navigate to the "Music Settings" tab on your dashboard. Here, you can toggle "DJ Mode".

Once DJ Mode is enabled, you can specify one or more roles as "DJ Roles". Users who do not have these roles will not be allowed to skip, pause, or clear the queue. You can also configure the "Skip Threshold" (e.g., 50% of listeners must vote to skip a song if DJ mode is disabled).

Customizing Default Embed Colors & Branding

Anya allows premium servers to change the default pink embed color (`#ff66cc`) to match their server's custom color scheme. Under the "General Settings" tab, click the color picker or input a hex code. Click save, and all future music replies, queue listings, and stats embeds will display your selected color scheme.
